The Eight Week Mindfulness-Based Programme is a great first course in mindfulness for anyone who wants to notice more, be more present in their lives and reduce their stress levels. The course follows a rigorous evidence-based programme using techniques from MBCT and MBSR. Commitment to attending all eight sessions and doing daily home practice is required.
