Eight Week Mindfulness-Based Living Course. New 8 week course in secular mindfulness meditation starting January 2016 on Saturdays. The course will follow a mindfulness-based meditation programme and a commitment to reading the course work book and doing daily practice meditations is required throughout the course and beyond. Participants of 8 week mindfulness-based courses often experience less stress, anxiety and depression at the end of the course. The course also looks at how participants can build self-compassion, nurture themselves and get more enjoyment from life.
