Exercise should be a pleasure. Come and join Maggie for an hour of Pilates-based exercises. We start with a gentle warm up to music and enjoy a relaxation at the end so you leave feeling calm and energised.
This class is for the healthy adult of all ages and ability ( although not for diagnosed back problems or pre or post natal women) Bring a mat, and towel and water if you wish. Wear comfortable clothing.
Saturdays at 9 am and Thursdays* at 7.30 pm. £6 per class
