Easy to follow dance routines using fun & catchy dance tunes to get you singing as well as dancing!

This fun fitness workout combines calorie burning exercises with basic steps & movements of numerous International dance styles to shape & tone your whole body

LADIES ONLY…suitable for all shapes, sizes, ages & abilities

  • Burn as many calories as aerobics without the impact on joints
  • Improve your posture, co-ordination & boost your confidence
  • Increase cardiovascular fitness & achieve your fitness goals

Tuesdays  6.30pm-7.15pm
