The Rhodes Arts Complex is a vibrant, successful venue in the heart of Bishop's Stortford which attracts more than 60,000 visitors per year. Visitor numbers have tripled since the re-launch of the complex in 2005 and the complex has an excellent forward planning programme of arts, exhibitions and cultural events.

We offer businesses in the region the opportunity to meet their marketing and PR objectives and to build good community relations through prestigious sponsorship, excellent corporate event facilities and inspirational youth and community projects. Sponsorship of the arts, the Bishop’s Stortford Museum and Thorleybourne Gallery offers excellent value for money and can be highly targeted and measurable. As sponsorship is tax deductible, it is also a very tax-efficient and enjoyable way to promote your business.


Current opportunities include:
  • Advertising in our Events Guide – published three times per year with a print run of 25,000. The events guide is mailed to our customer database and is distributed to all local shops and restaurants, libraries, schools, and other venues in the region. Advertising packages start from as little as £200.
  • Sponsorship of our Christmas Pantomime – raise your profile and connect directly with thousands of people who come to see our pantomime every year. Several sponsorship opportunities are available such as advertising in or sponsoring the production of the pantomime programme, providing goody bags for children, and advertising your logo on publicity materials plus a link to your business website from the Rhodes Arts Complex website.
  • Sponsorship of individual productions or 'seasons' throughout the year – such as a festival of children’s theatre, or a music festival.
  • Sponsorship of exhibitions (in-house or touring) for the Bishop’s Stortford Museum – several opportunities are available including sponsorship of publicity material, advertising your business logo on banners or posters and links to your business website from the Rhodes Arts Complex website.
